Services
Fire-rated joints and penetrations
We seal the openings where pipes, conduit, ducts, and cables pass through fire-rated walls and floors, and the joints where those walls and floors meet. This is the core of what we do on every job.
Intumescent paint
A coating that swells when it gets hot and insulates structural steel. We apply it to the thickness the fire rating calls for and document it for the inspector.
Specialty solutions
Endothermic mat, pillows, bricks, and other products for cable trays, large openings, and conditions that standard sealants do not cover.
Slab edge and curtain wall
We close the gap between the edge of each floor slab and the exterior wall, so fire and smoke cannot travel from one floor to the next along the outside of the building.
Smoke and sound caulking
Sealant at the top and bottom of walls and around openings. It holds back smoke and cuts down sound passing between units and rooms.
